Building Organisational Intelligence Systems.
Ordinis researches and builds OIS — governed intelligence that helps an organisation understand, decide and improve, under human authority.
What Ordinis is
Ordinis researches and builds Organisational Intelligence Systems. Its purpose is simple: people should collaborate with their organisation, not manage disconnected software. OIS turns scattered systems, documents and decisions into one governed, evidence-backed picture.
What we believe
Intelligence inside an organisation must be governed, evidence-backed, honest about uncertainty, and always under human authority. Software should serve the people and the mission — not the other way round.
Our principles
- Honest-State — never fake what is not measured
- OIS recommends, humans decide
- Trust before reach
- Evidence over assertion
- Support, do not promote
- Read-only by default
How we build
We develop OIS by testing it in real environments — media and legal operations — and we generalise only when the evidence holds across unrelated organisations. Demonstrations first; claims second.
Governance
No automated decisions; nothing is published, sent or decided without a person; connectors are read-only by default; data boundaries are respected and what is excluded is shown as not measured.
See your organisation clearly.
Start with a read-only OISA audit — what is known, what is missing and what to decide.
